Indian Government plans to ban 27 pesticides in India | भारत सरकार देश में २७ कीटनाशक बंद करने की योजना बना रही है।

The government plans to ban 27 widely used pesticides as it regards them to be dangerous for humans and animals, but it will first hear out the manufacturers who say their products are not so harmful.
The government has shortlisted these 27 from the 66 contentious pesticides those are being reviewed.

Out of these 66 under review, the government has already banned 18 pesticides in 2018. It is now going to ban 27 more. Another six pesticides are under review while remaining 15 have been found to be safe for use as of now

The government had constituted an expert committee in July 2013 to review these contentious pesticides, which were banned, restricted or withdrawn in one or more countries across the globe but continued to be used in India.

भारत सरकार देश में बहुत अधिक मात्रा में प्रयोग होने वाले २७ कीटनाशकों को बंद करने की योजना बना रही है।  ये कीटनाशक मनुष्य और पशुओं के लिए अत्यन्त हानिकारक हैं।  सरकार इन निर्माताओं को अपने उत्पादनों के बारे में सफाई देने का एक मौका दे रही है।

वैसे तो भारत सरकार ने सन २०१८ में ६६ कीटनाशको की एक सूची बना ली थी।  इनमे से १८ कीटनाशकों को सरकार ने पहले ही बन्द कर दी।  अब २७ और कीटनाशकों की सूची बना ली गयी है।  बचे हुए १५ कीटनाशको को घातक नहीं पाया गया है।

सरकार ने इस मामले में विशेषज्ञों की एक टीम बना ली है जो इन कीटनाशकों की जाँच कर रही है।  ये कीटनाशक विश्व के दुसरे देशो में प्रतिबंधित है पर भारत में अभी भी इनका प्रयोग किया जा रहा है।
